Peek function to find altref frames #251

I am trying to discover via the data information about the frame type.  Ie. is 
this frame an altref frame.

It might be nice for future developers to have access to functions that tell 
more information about the frame type.

This is a good suggestion, we shall consider adding an api function to SDK to 
return frame types.
