Wiki: Document built-in customization options

With the extensive configuration options for the sheets (Theme, Header, Tabs, Statblock/Spellbook/..., Sidebar, ...), as well as future extensions #1478, it's becoming a bit tedious to keep mental track of the location of every setting and/or menu.

We should extend the repo wiki with a section with a breakdown of all these menus (e.g. 6. Tidy Configuration). Including screenshots or videos would be very much appreciated.

Yes, some formal wiki documentation for configuring Tidy would be good.
I don't anticipate doing this within 2025, because whatever dev time I have will go to bugs, enhancements, etc., since the todo list is still long, and we have one more sheet to implement very soon.
