Use trigger does not work if the screen orientation changes when re-entering the app

Open app in portrait mode
Create new key map
Use floating button
Rotate the screen into landscape
Tap a floating button and choose Use trigger
Key Mapper re-opens and changes into landscape mode but the trigger does not appear in the list

The same happens if you start in landscape and change to portrait
