Developer TODO (don't remove)

create new branch. put issue number at start of name if not a very quick fix.
write tests. put issue number in comment
update documentation
merge and delete branch (don't squash because want commit history to see why I made changes)

The title should be sufficient enough

To Reproduce

Create a map with the toggle keyboard command
Use the keymap

Expected behavior
Having the onscreen keyboard show up

Device: galaxy tab s6 lite 2022
Android version: oneui 6, android 14
