Restrict elements in form builder. #1544

Description: i want to restrict the number of elements while i am creating the form. Suppose lets say i have dragged and dropped 10 elements. i want to disable the formbuilder when there are 10 elements added. how should i achieve this ?

Expected Behavior: i want a way to disable the form builder when specific no of elements are added

Actual Behavior: unlimited number of form elements are allowed to add in the form builder
