Inconsistent spelling of 'writable'

The codebase uses a mix of writable and writeable.

This is a fascinating find, I haven't noticed. I believe this inconsistency is born out of merging OS's. MacOS, which is what I started this project on, seems to use "writeable" while Linux/BlueZ uses writable. Since Writable is more common, I'll switch the generalized components over.
