Hi everyone,

hope it's the right place to mention this issue. When i send a message to a contact on Whatsie, the contact doen't see it and the message sent to my contact doesn't show up on my mobile in the conversation.

I have the same problem - new messages from the phone show up, but sending messages doesn't work. Linux Mint 21.3, happy to provide logs if someone tells me which ones are needed.

I am facing a similar issue. The app only displays previous messages from other devices after reloading, and it doesn't send messages.

I am also facing a similar issue. Message sending isn't working it only shows the clock icon that it is waiting to send. And also it keeps showing syncing chats below in the chat list.

I found a solution: turn on 'Sync in background' in the settings under 'Notifications'."
