Windows doesn't nativity run shell?

I suggest installing GIT and running it from there

On the README.md it says it works for cygwin (so far)

Tried in WSL. And I can say this.

It Never Gives Up and Never Lets You Down

(That is such a bad frame)

Anyways, I did have to actually save the file on my computer for it to work, so it isn't an easy one command on Windows.
