I found that the actual framerate is 28.5 FPS, not 30 or 25.

I found that the actual framerate is 28.5 FPS, not 30 or 25.

I reran my patch on Fedora 32. When I run at <=29 FPS, the video is behind the audio by at least 0.5 seconds, while 30 FPS syncs up perfectly with the audio. Maybe the discrepancy is caused by hardware differences?
