it seems that the structure of asn1, which is used to store the master password, has changed

The problem was a lot harder to solve.
More info can be read here louisabraham/ffpass#49 (comment)
TL;DR;
FF is now using pbes2 to encode your passwords instead of pbeWithSha1AndTripleDES-CBC
