Can't open oracle database for export

Description:
I have created an account which have DBA rights on the database.

When I attempt an export, there are no tables to select from and I can't get past the Custom Views form.

Browser (Internet explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc): N/A

Browser version: N/A

1. Try to export database
