Docker Version Integration with Dockered Alfresco

I am extremely new to this... I have made a functioning docker of alfresco and a separate docker of pdfsandwich v1.7. From the host I am able to run pdfsandwich. I have added the JAR files and see the option to OCR from the files action area. I get an error that /usr/bin/pdfsandwich is unable to run. I have entered the alfresco container and the host level pdfsandwich does not work. How do I use your dockered ocr from a dockered alfresco?
