expected behavior

If an episode is posted, and it has an air date associated with it, then the 'explicit' field in the 'program episode or audio' should default as 'clean' if its air date is between 6 am and 10 pm. If its air date is between 10 pm and 6 am, it should default as 'explicit:yes'.

current behavior

Defaults as 'none' - which means that the audio will not be pulled into Itunes podcast, which requires a designation of either 'explicit' or 'clean' for podcasts
