The deployed documentation https://book.ofdb.io seems to be down.
It would be good to update the README file or to bring back the documentation website.

Is it easier to just use the wiki integrated here in GitHub?

I think too, those documentations are rarely needed, so we should not put to much effort in them.

I think the documentation is very helpful for a quick jump into the project.
I personally don't care whether it'S the README, wiki, markdown docs, ...
