What would you like to be added:

We would like to add a default ResourceInterpreterCustomization for the FlinkDeployment CRD which is described here.

Why is this needed:

We are investigating if we will be using Karmada for our native Flink application use-case. As part of the investigation we've already implemented a custom interpreter for this resource. After speaking with the community, it seems that this integration would be beneficial.

Since this code is already implemented on our side, I'm happy to assign this to myself.

Thanks @mszacillo.

As we talked at the community meeting, it would be great to take the FlinkDeployment into the default customization.
