[Feature Request] Ability to use cookies from a file

Hi.
I'd like to suggest implementing the ability to use cookies from a file as well (i.e., using --cookies), and not just directly from the browser.
This is particularly useful in cases where you are using the browser in a portable way (not directly installed on the system).
