trusted.gfs.squota.limit is half of pvc's actual size ? #1013

PVC capacity = 6G , squota.limit=3G , when squota.size = 1.5G,
i'll get : {error=Disk quota exceeded}

i use loopback deivce for test, also tried sector=512, same error with sector=4096

seems similar to [Bug]: Reported Size different to PV size #823
but I see https://github.com/kadalu/glusterfs/tree/kadalu_1 contains ec: fix the setxattr of simple-quota limit gluster/glusterfs#3672
