Playlist management

I am playing a playlist and I would like to delete a track from this playlist. On the player screen, in the track options (3 dots), I am only able to delete the track from pre-determined list of tracks. To actually delete the track from the playlist, I have to go on the playlist screen, look for the song and click on the track options. Not very convenient.
