Facing issue with k3s developer setup for MacOS

Node(s) CPU architecture, OS, and Version: MacOS using ARM architecture

Cluster Configuration: N/A

Describe the bug:

I was looking to setup my local development environment to prepare myself to contribute to the project but faced navigation issues with setup.

Steps I took:

1. Navigated to contribute section README.md
2. Searched for development setup steps in Contribute page but did not find any.
3. Searched in docs/ folder and found the development markdown file with MacOS steps.
4. I ran the MacOS sections and here is where I stopped and did not know how to proceed

Expected behavior:

1. Fork repo
2. Install repo dependencies
3. Build
4. Make changes
5. Test

Kubernetes does not support MacOS. If you want to run k3s you'll need a Linux host.

While you can certainly clone the repo on mac, you won't be able to run what you've built.
