Can not mount a custom coredns manifest

Hello

I followed the documentation about overriding the coredns.yaml manifest by mounting my own version as a volume but the cluster can not finish its startup sequence due to this error:

ERRO[0014] Failed Cluster Start: error during post-start cluster preparation: Failed to copy content to container 'ec3c2b3231ffb69bf5e28c57bff0c947c76f08ec8834c6c9912b1ca4c41381fd': Error response from daemon: Error processing tar file(exit status 1): unlinkat /var/lib/rancher/k3s/server/manifests/coredns.yaml: device or resource busy
ERRO[0014] Failed to create cluster >>> Rolling Back

I even tried to just download the original template (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/k3s-io/k3s/master/manifests/coredns.yaml) without modifying it and the same problem occurs.

The command I run is: k3d cluster create --volume /my/version/of/coredns.yaml:/var/lib/rancher/k3s/server/manifests/coredns.yaml

Am I missing something?
