Scan text showing off screen

I've forked this project in effort to get a repo working for the T-display s3 pro. I've got it uploading and showing info on the screen. The main menus show up fine but when I select, for example, scan APs, the text shows up to the left of the other centered text. I think it's the difference between printCenteredText and printLn usage. Can you advise me where in the code to modify?
