Adjust time limit for triggering mybinder

We use this action once a week to trigger mybinder and therefore to cache the builds.
Lately, our action ends with the timeout error
curl: (28) Operation timed out after 900000 milliseconds with 423286 bytes received.

Is it possible to adjust the maximum time allowed using a user input?
