Too many build pods per node on GESIS #2979

Around 17:00 CEST of 09 May 2024, the number of builds pods per node on GESIS server started to increase:

OVH node looks good:

Curvenode node has a more recent increase in the number of builds pods per node:

Around 16:21 CEST of 13 May 2024, I manually deletes the building pods.

This mitigated the problem. I will be observing the GESIS node during the next 30min.
