Support bitbucket repositories

Add a repo provider class that grabs BitBucket repos.

I don't think anyone has worked on this. It would be a nice addition though. Let us know if you'd like to get started and make a PR.

I believe this feature is still in the pipeline. I am working on it and would love to contribute!

Thanks for working on this, it would be a nice feature to have! If you want to you can open a Pull request already and mark it as draft (via the Github ui or via adding [WIP] at the beginning of the title).
