504 Error on mybinder.org

Bug description

The mybinder.org site takes ages to load and then displays a 504 error.

How to reproduce

Try and access https://mybinder.org/ via your browser and the error will show. I have not been able to access the site all morning.

Expected behaviour

I would like to use Binder for a workshop and would expect the service to be reasonable stable to be sure that all workshop participants (15 people in total) can run my code samples. I am no longer sure that Binder is a reliable service.

Actual behaviour

504 error

I am using a Windows 11 machine with two browsers, Chrome and Firefox. The error occurs on both and also on my Android phone.
