Test suite refactor #303
Description
- Allow dependency injection of WebSocket and XMLHttpRequest constructors.
- Use unit tests only for things that require a bad response from the server.
- Use the live server for the rest of the tests.
Right now we are in a state where the unit tests mock too much of the server and the integration tests are not complete enough.
