Wikipedia hyperlink in hover popup not working

Clicking on the icon will navigate to https://mystmd.org/guidehttps:/en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosmic_inflation, which is incorrect. It should be https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosmic_inflation

This is actually only an issue in the mystmd.org site; I have transferred the issue to this repo. Wiki links and the sub link work fine in mystmd in general. Likely a transform we are missing!
