Effective receptive fields analysis

Thank you so much for the great work and for sharing the code!

I am very interested in the effective receptive field analysis in your MIA paper (Section 6.3 and Fig. 15). I would like to compare Transmorph with some other CNN-based models in that respect.
I was wondering if you could share the code for the effective receptive field analysis (something like generating the results in Fig. 15). I tried implementing it myself but was having some trouble with it.
