UI say that a member weight = 0 is possible but server return an error

Hi,

I try to setup an member with 0 weight for allow to put in the balance the "income" (chapeau in french, i don't know in english) of a street show in the collective balance. This member should pay for everybody but not be refund : this is a gift from external people :).

When tried to set the weight to 0 i got the server error :
Impossible d'enregistrer le membre: {"ocs":{"meta":{"status":"failure","statuscode":400,"message":""},"data":{"weight":"N'est pas une valeur d\u00e9cimale valide"}}}

If i try with 0,00001 i got this message :

I noticed this too and commented on it here

I set the weight to 0 manually in the db (cospend_members.weight), but the behaviour was unexpected (as if I would set 1). Synced in Monybuster, it worked.
