Settle a project into another project

It would be nice to be able to settle a short running project into an longer running one.

We currently have the option to export a CSV of the settlement plan and the option to directly store the settlement payments to the project.

Could we add a menu element there to ALSO store the settlement payments to another project? (Given that the relevant users also exist there)
The a temporary project can be quickly settled without having to do any extra transactions.
