using a different genetic code on stitcher

I'm uploading bacterial contigs to stitcher and, to my knowledge, there's currently no option to use a different genetic code. Is there any way where I can use a different genetic code during this step?

this would depend on if exonerate allows user to select a different genetic code. if so we can just put that in as an option for the user to add that information in their commands. Let me take a look..
