Hope all is well.
I am trying to develop a "skittle" where participants throw a virtual ball to hit a target (see the screenshot attached). They move their mouse from left to right and release a mouse button to throw a virtual ball. Here the program needs to detect 1) the horizontal position and 2) the velocity of the mouse at the moment of release. These two parameters determine the final position of the virtual ball thrown, which I can model. So the task consists of a motor execution phase, followed by a feedback phase.
I wonder if it is possible to extend one of the plugins somehow to implement this kind of motor task. I’d really appreciate any thoughts or suggestions you might have on how to approach this.
