"no data collected" error

Hi,
I recently edited one of my experiments to be touch-screen compatible, and now none of my data is being collected by Cognition ("no data collected" under the data column that would usually hold the link to download my csv). I know that the data is indeed being saved because I'm able to manually extract the csv from the console log when I do the experiment myself, but it is not being registered by Cognition. Can anyone help me figure out why this is the case? Attached is an example of the console log after I run the experiment (including my manually exporting the data at the end), and a screenshot of the results page on Cognition indicating no data collected.

Hi @chiaracaraccio -- This is probably a question for Cognition support. I don't think it is likely to be a jsPsych issue given that you can get the data through the console.
