Accepted Talks #32
Comments
Not an appropriate talk for Dance.js, but I'd like to put a plug in for tazsingh: Taz runs a JavaScript meetup in Toronto, and is doing a great job of promoting JS best practices in my distant homeland. |
what i got --> https://github.com/mikeal/dhtmlconf/labels/accepted |
I have Daniel Eden confirmed, picking another speaker to announce two. Also I think Alex Sexton will be MCing (he pre-agreed) ✨ Working to get the site up now + weekend so next week is perfect. |
My speaker list so far is over at https://github.com/jsfest/oakland/issues/9 |
hey @mikeal heyyyy. I have my final list of speakers and would like to know how to get the ball rollin' on their stipend retrieval. Should I have them email a certain place, is there a form or something? |
because it requires personal information you should probably just have them email me directly, mikeal dot rogers at gmail.com |
My line-up so far (some of them aren't announced so please shh for now): MC

I'd like to check in with everyone and see if you've had a chance to pick some talks for your events. I'd like to get some speakers announced and on the website so that we can get another round of promotion in next week.
You don't have to accept and announce all of your speakers at once but if there are any you already know you're accepting I'd like to get them on the site and send them their stipend ASAP so that they have it to buy their flights and accommodations as early as possible.
