how to uninstall?

how do I uninstall? I'm not very experienced with iptables and easywall has too many options and makes it daunting for a newbie.
I expected it to display already active iptable rules, I don't want to mess anything up so I'd like to uninstall it.

I already have iptables rules set (a friend helped me) and since it doesn't import already set rules, I'm worried not checking a checkbox will override my current rules. all I wanted was for it to have an easy way to add/remove ip's to whitelist without having to use normal iptables.
