Reduced CDNs needed from 2 to 1 by making bootstrap use cdnjs, like all the others
Updated Bootstrap from 3.4.0 to 4.2.1 (according to Bootstrap docs, migrating 3 to 4 has no breaking changes)
Updated Jquery from 1.12.4 to 3.3.1 to fix some possible vulnerabilities


Updated javascript files
