When running command like neovim or others, window name doesn't change

Hi i have problem with your plugin, i don't know where's the problem but when i split the window , the name of the window changes, but if i running some cli like nvim it doesn't change at all

In it's current implementation, there is a delay and the window requires user interact on the window in order for the icon to be updated.

I've discussed this before, see #9 and #40

Please let me know if it's not changing at all, event after interaction with the pane.
