Add git hook support #19
Description
As a user, when I pull in the latest updates from the project, I want to be informed of what changes need to be made on my end, what new features exist, and any other important updates on the project, so I can be up-to-date.
- Setup githook to display a message when tpm updates the plugin
- Figure out how to attach specific messages to a commit being pulled in
