Hard Reload Triggers 429 Errors for Fonts and Icons

Describe the bug
When force reloading the page, the fonts and icons do not load due to HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) errors.

To Reproduce

• open https://josa.community/
• Press Ctrl + Shift + R to hard-reload the page.

Expected behavior
All text should use the intended font, and all icons should load correctly.

Fonts fall back to the default system font and icons fail to render when the reload triggers multiple font/icon requests and the server returns 429.
