Sorry for the delay. Could you please tell me how you started your remote libre office service ? |
I am in a similar boat in that the application does not start, I started the remote Libre Office with the following docker image: version: "3"
services:
libreoffice:
image: lscr.io/linuxserver/libreoffice:7.5.5
security_opt:
- seccomp:unconfined
environment:
- PUID=1000
- PGID=1000
- TZ=Etc/UTC
- CUSTOM_USER=abc
- PASSWORD=abc
ports:
- 4200:3000
- 4443:3001 And used the following configuration in
I am using maven and added both dependencies as follows <properties>
<java.version>11</java.version>
<maven.compiler.release>11</maven.compiler.release>
<jodconverter.version>4.4.6</jodconverter.version>
</properties>
...
<dependency>
<groupId>org.jodconverter</groupId>
<artifactId>jodconverter-spring-boot-starter</artifactId>
<version>${jodconverter.version}</version>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>org.jodconverter</groupId>
<artifactId>jodconverter-remote</artifactId>
<version>${jodconverter.version}</version>
</dependency>
... I can't start the application injecting either the @Autowired
private OfficeManager officeManager;
@Autowired
private DocumentConverter converter;

Looks like the linuxserver/libreoffice docker image does not have the UNO API exposed, so I simply used hannesdejager/docker-libreoffice-api which solved the problem for me. |
I need to use the remote Linux server's libreoffice service on my local computer and cannot connect.
