Sounds great, and yes, it's very true what you say about me being busy. Note that normally, the reason I don't immediately merge pull requests is because on a cursory analysis, they don't respect 100% the coding guidelines (like commit message formatting, but not only) and the time it takes me to correct these is not short. In other situations, the proposal fixes something but opens a gap somewhere else. So any help needs to be tempered with an understanding of these implications. Unfortunately, they are not consistently documented and are mostly "in my head". Here's something you may do if you want to help: round up in this issue a list of open issues you would like to help with, each with a one-two line short summary of where it stands and what you think should be done about it. Then i can review that list, and give you commit rights to push fixes to the ones we agree on. |
