500 Error when trying to edit or add external tool #54

one of our clients got 500 error when trying to edit or add external tool. Below is the error:
Fatal error: Class 'moodle\local\ltiprovider\OAuthDataStore' not found in /var/www/site/local/ltiprovider/ims-blti/TrivialOAuthDataStore.php on line 8
The reason could be similar to this post, I might be wrong.
