Add option to trigger password reset email when creating accounts as Manual

Currently we have to have some convoluted explanation to our users how to create a password for quick access to the shared via LTI site instead of having via the institutional VLEs every time. 

Would be great if there was a tick box in the plugin settings which would allow for the password reset / creation email was triggered when the account is generated through access via an LTI link.
