Check Leiningen version in lock file #44

Leiningen adds some extra dependencies, like nrepl. If the lock file is generated with a different Leiningen version that the used at build time, dependency versions can differ.

For that same reason we need to maintain https://github.com/jlesquembre/clj-nix/blob/main/src/clojure-deps.edn
