Although list-comp is meaningful, as in Clojure and Racket, we all have for for list comprehensions, it's better to have for in venice as well.

You’re absolutely right — Venice should support the for list comprehension form, including Clojure’s :when, :while, and :let modifiers.
Currently, the list-comp list comprehension in Venice provides only a subset of the functionality that for offers.

I’ll see what I can do over the next few weeks to implement full for support.
