This should have been done before, but I think Monologue should have been 1.0+ for a long time now...

Thoughts?

I have no strong opinions on that. Going to 1.0.0 now might give the impression, that this is something really new although it is not. I would for now favor creating a 0.4.2 compatible with rails 4.2.x and maybe for 5.0 do a big jump to 1.0. Thoughts?

I don't have a strong opinion and anyway I didn't spend anytime on Monologue for ages, so do whatever you think is right :)
