If you are in a Windows environment, I am certain that it is a driver or High DPI scaling issue. Is the driver installed as administrator? When setting your printer settings i always do this; being logged in as a local administrator. |

Have you tried running glabels-batch-qt with an elevated command

Inside control panel => Devices and printers:
-Right click on the printer => Printer properties => Preferences =>
Set desired printer settings
-Right click again on the printer => Printer preferences => double
check that the setting has been applied otherwise also change here.
