holding the enter key after opening the create layer modal will create alot of layers at high speed

The focus trap is doing it's job by setting focus in the right spot. Either applying a small cooldown after layer creation or disabling the submit button in the modal for a second on opening should fix this issue. I've put the layer limit on 50 for now to prevent abuse until this issue is properly fixed.
