Model folder location

Hello, first of all, thank you for your work.

I want to ask: where are models downloaded by default, and why don't they download directly into the project folder? I tried setting the folder in the settings, but it still doesn't download there. Even when I download them separately and place them there, the app still begins downloading when I hit the 'Run Captioner' button.

The models are downloaded into the Hugging Face cache directory. This is because the program uses Hugging Face to download and run the models.

I tried setting the folder in the settings, but it still doesn't download there.

The models directory in the settings should be a directory where you already have downloaded models. The Hugging Face cache is still used for automatically downloaded models.

Even when I download them separately and place them there, the app still begins downloading when I hit the 'Run Captioner' button.

There will be separate entries in the models list for the manually downloaded models. You should select those instead of the preexisting entries.
