HF_DATASETS_CACHE Directory seems to be ignored

I try to keep by C drive as free as possible but noticed it had filled up by 200 GB, after some research I noticed it was because of models downloaded from Huggingface, so I set the HF_DATASETS_CACHE environment variable to my 4TB external SSD and moved the files there, however taggui is still downloading and placing it in my home directories .cache directory

I found it, I forgot to add HUGGINGFACE_HUB_CACHE
